Coronavirus Prevention: How to Make DIY Hand Sanitizer

With the coronavirus spreading each day, the number of empty shelves is growing with each new case that is confirmed. I finally found water in Wal-Mart, but hand sanitizer is a different story.
I went to four different stores yesterday, and everything was SOLD OUT.
I researched a couple of recipes online and made my own, which was very easy.
If you want to make your own as I did, I included the instructions below. Enjoy!

To make your own DIY ( Do It Yourself) hand sanitizer, you only need four ingredients with two of the components being optional.
Ingredients
2/3 cup Isopropyl Alcohol 91% (rubbing alcohol )
1/3 cup Aloe Vera Gel
Optional: 5 drops Vitamin E Oil (for softening)
Optional: 5 -10 drops essential oil
Supplies
Medium-Sized Measuring Cup and Spoons
A Mixing Spoon
Plastic Containers (Example: toiletries kit from the travel section)
Directions
In a medium-sized measuring cup, add the Isopropyl alcohol and aloe vera gel, and Mix until well blended.
Add five drops of Vitamin E Oil and 5-10 drops of essential oil into the blended mixture from step 1.
Pour your hand sanitizer into the plastic container and guess what... your finish!
So instead of running from store to store, use the guide above. DIY hand sanitizer is quick and easy to make and and very cost efficient.
